Ark Petroleum TOO: Procurement, Logistics & Consulting Excellence

Procurement

At Ark Petroleum TOO, only the procurement function is authorized to sign binding agreements with buyers on behalf of the company. This team is responsible for the proactive coordination, planning, and execution of procurement activities in collaboration with line management.

Our role in sales transactions can take two forms:

• As a Principal: We confirm contracts, assume credit risk, refinance projects, and invoice buyers directly. Our profit is derived from a small margin between the sales price and purchasing costs.
• As an Agent: The supplier invoices the buyer directly, and we earn a commission or fee while providing the same high-quality marketing services.

Logistics

Fuel delivery can be complex, but Ark Petroleum TOO makes it seamless. We utilize multiple pipelines to buy and sell line space efficiently, and we leverage access to waterways by shipping fuel via barge. Our fleet of trucks from Source One, combined with a vast network of carriers, ensures safe and reliable fuel delivery to your operations.

With strategic inventory positions throughout our marketing area, we provide certainty of supply and offer competitive pricing, even in volatile markets.
